From its inception, Isère Epoxy has organized itself so that its production site allows it to process large surface and large format elements, but also large series of industrial parts.
A 4,500 m² building, equipped with multiple technologies and industrial equipment, allows for the processing of these elements of all sizes, from their initial storage to their final state.

Automatic shot blasting machine with 8 turbines

Turbotecnica roller conveyor shot blasters guarantee optimal treatment of sheets, profiles, pipes, joinery structures, the residues of the abrasive action of the shot are managed by a blowing and brushing system which ensures their total elimination.
Specialized manual shot blasting booth
For large sizes, large volumes and long lengths, a manual shot blasting booth allows the complete treatment of these types of parts due to its capacity of 14m x 4m x 4m.
Powder coating booth
The 14m x 4m x 4m powder coating booth, equipped with spray guns, allows for the epoxy treatment of all types of metal parts: long, large, and voluminous. Peripheral lighting and dust extraction ensure high quality.
High-temperature industrial cooking oven
The large-dimension (12m x 4m x 4m) high-temperature kiln allows for the firing of large volumes, large shapes, and long lengths. From its inception, Isère Epoxy designed and manufactured its industrial kiln to meet the demands of clients specializing in oversized modules.
Thermoplastic device
The flame spray technique is the only system capable of applying powders on site without requiring any coating line (oven, spray booth or fluidized bed equipment).
The deposition of semi-molten polymer particles onto a heated surface is a process that melts and coalesces the particles into a complete cohesive polymer coating.
