Industrial painter

Industrial painter
We are looking for a powder coating painter to perform surface treatments on all types of metal substrates: aluminum, steel, galvanized steel, etc.

Activities of the industrial epoxy painter (Powder coating)
- Preparation for interventions: Degreasing/ Washing/ Masking…
- Application of protective paint and coating layers,
- Verification of the optimization of the implementation,
- Control the surface (deposition, appearance, thickness),
- Identify non-conformities and make the necessary corrections.
Job skills
- Identifies the nature of a surface treatment,
- Prepares and treats surfaces for painting, stripping, sanding…
- Apply masking to the surface to be painted.
- Paints small objects or large surfaces,
- Checks for non-conformities and carries out the necessary touch-ups and finishing work.
Sandblaster
We are looking for industrial sandblasters for the preparation and treatment of surfaces intended for painting, using sandblasting techniques to make them clean, smooth and ready for treatment.
Activities of the industrial sandblaster
- Prepare the surfaces to be treated by cleaning and stripping them using sandblasting.
- Use sandblasting techniques to remove rust, corrosion, or existing coatings.
- Control the quality of the sandblasting and ensure the uniformity of the treated surface.
- Identify non-conformities and carry out corrective actions.
- Adhere to safety standards by wearing personal protective equipment and following established procedures.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure the coordination of work,
- Maintain and regularly inspect sandblasting equipment,
- Report any problems or anomalies to the relevant authorities.

Quality Manager
We are looking for a Quality/Production Manager to oversee the quality of products or services as well as the production process. They will lead problem-solving efforts, identify and analyze malfunctions, and propose corrective actions.
